This forum is exclusively for the purposes of sending, and accepting receipt of a referral lead from one agent to another.  It should not be used to solicit to the general population of this site for leads.  Those types of posts can be a part of your description in the "Introductions" forum.

A good post title in this forum would look similar to this:

Subject: Chicago, IL - Buyers looking for 3 BD Condo in Lakeview - < $500,000.

The body should contain information about how to best contact you, the terms of the referral (i.e. referral fee), and additional details about the referral.  Unless you want agents competing with you for the business, you should NOT include contact information for the referal clients!
